I'm kind of surprised by the % of people who's profits make up the majority of their income. Though, I've done pretty well at poker, I gotz a job. I don't have the stones to quit...

-I guess it makes sense when you figure in all of the college students and young people living at home.

wow i get the same amount of hands as most people each week, but i pretty much always 2 table. long hours FTW!

i quit driving buses for my college about 11 months ago to go pro...i only play like 15k hands a month but it pays my rent, etc. so while im not a super crazy professional grinder that sits here 5 hours a day playing, poker does make up ALL of my income.

I would think 3 months is a lot of hands for most people. The majority of the forum is probably playing 30k+ hands a month.

I had no idea people play so few tables, I almost never play fewer than 5 and most of the time play 9. I'd end up playing like 36/30 if I only played 3 tables [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]
