It might help it, actually.

It'll be great watching the young nucleus of Foye/Brewer/Jefferson/McCants/Green/Gomes

Jefferson = stud
Foye = good third option

Rest of those players are not NBA starters, and none of them really project to being NBA starters.

But again, Big Al is so beastly.

Wow what awful, awful players.

Good job Danny Ainge getting these guys off the Celtics.

Walker's value jumped immeasurably in McHale's eyes once he read the "'toine vs. Tuan" thread.

Dammit dammit dammit, so mad that R. Davis' fantasy value just took a huge huge hit.

I've always liked Ricky Davis and this is a good spot for him. Not saying this matters at all.

most sources don't think so. i mean he'll score a couple less points, but points aren't the whole battle

I'd doubt those sources. Davis isn't getting the 37-40 mpg he got in Minny in Miami unless injuries strike. Nor will he get to dominate the ball as much to get ~5 apg and despite his 39.7% 3pt percentage last year, one should be skeptical of his ability to remain a proficient shooter from the outside.

Concur. Ricky Davis' production drops significantly over the course of the year. Goes from 2nd option in Minnesota with a 1st option who wasn't a shothog (Garnett, now AlJeff)...to 3rd option behind NBA scoring title threat (Wade) and a big dog you need to feed (or something like that).
