i would say fold 5th, but then you say seat 2 sucks. Even if he sucks a raise in first position says something, unless hes an absolute maniac.

How bout a reraise on 3rd to isolate.

Even maniacs can get A24. You know I am a novice, but what I do when this happens is raise. If he reraises, I fold. If he calls I stay. (But I'd have raised 4th.)

I would have raised 4th but momentarily forgot I had A7 up and not 87 up and only called. I guess a raise on 5th would be good since any other 76 or worse probably wouldn't reraise and I don't have a good enough draw if he has a 75 or better.

Does anyone else like an isolation raise on 3rd? I thought about it but decided not to w/ two wheel cards behind me. Was that a mistake?

I'm with you - a 4 is gonna fold? I think raising would just build up a big pot it'd be harder to get out of if you need to bail. Then some guy reraises.....and there's chips flyin' everywhere.... I liked the call.
