Re: First 2000 hands in Poker Tracker
[ QUOTE ]
Aaron, so do you really think that my next 2000 hands won't resemble the first 2000? [/ QUOTE ] I think it's highly unlikely that any two consecutive 2000 hand stretches will look similar. [ QUOTE ] and my suited A's will go in the crapper? [/ QUOTE ] That depends on how lucky you are and how well you play them... well... it's mostly the former. [ QUOTE ] or maybe that the strong broadways will end up with earning power equal to the strong Ace [/ QUOTE ] The strength of broadway cards varies with your opponents. AJ is pretty powerful against loose-passive opposition, but it's not so good against tougher players. [ QUOTE ] is this game so random that 2000 hands is just a flyspec? [/ QUOTE ] Yes. |

Re: First 2000 hands in Poker Tracker
If there's one thing i've learned from lurking in the micro's, it's 2000 hands is neither reflective nor respected. My first PT 2000 hands are a world away from the following 2000. And repeat. and repeat. I've decided to get 50000 under my belt before posting PT posts. oh - and start doing session reviews. figure then you'll get quality feedback, and you'll be able to constructively pose questions. ho-hum, only 40000 hands to go! Re: First 2000 hands in Poker Tracker
play about 48,000 more hands and you'll probably answer your own question.
