Cheap international banking in $USD?

I am going to be traveling the world over the next 4-5 months, and I would like to create a new Party Poker account to play on overseas. I need a bank account to use with my Party account -- preferably denominated in US dollars.

Swiss accounts usually require a very large initial deposit and have a bunch of annoying fees. I am looking into Singapore and Panamanian banking. Any suggestions?

Sounds like your on the right track. I remember hearing something about how HSBC was planning on offering international banking. Not sure if that is being offered yet. Try googling about it.
