I would say 50/50 you're flipping or dominated. Fold imo.

This advice is pretty misguided.

There are basically a couple reasons for not folding here..

First, you have an M of 8 and you should never be raising/folding to a reraise here

Second, by this point in the hand there is so much dead money in the pot that it would be a drastic mistake to fold if you were in a "50/50" situation..

The chances that villain has an overpair here does not warrant a fold.

Agree 100%. Never raise with M of less than 10 ( or about 20bbs) without a plan what you will do if re-raised-pushed over the top of etc... If you would fold to a re-raise then fold PF, if you would call a push then push yourself to force a decision on the people to act after you, you will take down a lot of pots right there.

You have to avoid tough decisions and one way to do that is to play as to make the tough decisions to be on the villian, not yourself. Make them make a decision for all, or most, of their chips instead of a situation where you invest 1/3 of your stack and have to decide whether to call a re-raise or fold in worse position than you were before.

This is terrible advise. Just put villain on a range and do the math. Getting 1.7:1 on the call and with those stacks, we are never folding.

This hand is pretty basic ... once you decide to play it, you have to go all the way. Push first or instacall the push with a fistpump.

You're calling 3680 to win 6280, so ~1.7:1, so you need about 37% equity.

You have better than that against a range as tight as 88+,AJs+,KQs,AQo+.

Villian in BB with ~8BB is not that tight.

Call.
