If you are going to win most K/Q flops, why don't you have proper odds to just call for a pair? (His cbet is always giving you nice implied odds.)

the best play here imo is to fold, however if you want to make a play what arthrus said makes a lot of sense, and 4 betting/folding seems like a good line if you havent 3 bet much lately
