Calling this flop is perfectly okay. I mean there is only one draw, no need to raise and allow worse hands to fold. If the preflop raiser has an overpair, its too easy to him get a away from that on the flop. I should have probably bet more on turn. On the river he has straight/backdoor flush so often, but decided to call for just the chance his retarded, and its 4-handed.

Raising the flop can be fine, but this is a pretty great spot to slowplay a little. With two left to act on a really dry board, anybody you can get to tag along is usually drawing dead, besides, you have two streets left, no need to rush it.

i agree, though you do see people show up with smaller sets/2p here too, so I think it is a very close decision.

J10 diamonds didn't play it that badly...fold river though, rest is fine.
