Trying to post screen shot of Poker Tracker

Frustrated trying to post PT image. Could someone walk me thru it ie tried screen print, edited, hosted, used image tags still could not preview anything

hit "PRINT SCREEN" key on your keyboard then go to MS paint and click "paste"
