AKo TPTK against river raise

Villain is 18/0/0.32 after 400 hands. I'm pretty sure I'm beaten at the river but I could not let go of the 8 BB pot. Is a bet/fold here right or do I call the raise?

I only see him having a3 suited. I dont see how villian could not bet or c/r on the turn with a full house or quads. So Im leaning towards a3 suited or there might be an off chance of kqs (maybe). But I would call.

For the record, you guys realize we beat A3s right?

I pay off the river bet myself although I really don't think it's a good idea against this Villain. Knowing if his AF is about zero because he's partly a station or because he's passive with good hands would influence my decision though.

A passive player checkraises a 3 flush river on a paired board. TPTK is almost never good here, not one in 8 you need to call. bet/fold the river.
