yeah just for clarity: there is still a fallout 3 but it's being developed by Bethesda. This is a build of different game being developed for the same title by Black Isle.

I really like Bethesda, but I just don't see them being true to the Fallout feeling. It would be like finding out they're making a new Lord of the Rings, but Francis Ford Coppola was directing or something.

Sure do wish Bioware had the rights. I expect Bathesda to be a letdown. Fallout is just so far away from their style.

Yeah bioware would have been great. However, taking the optomistic view I will say I think Fallout from Bethesda will be better than no Fallout at all.

I just hope it doesn't absolutely chug on systems like Baldur's Gate did. I played the first two Fallouts and loved them, though.
