Default KK on the turn

Villain is pretty weak/passive, playing 40.98/1.63/0.48 over 184 hands. His street by street aggression looks like this: PF:0.04, flop:1.14, turn:1.6, river:5.67. What do you guys think is the best play when he check raises me on the turn?

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Hero ($27.90)
CO ($58.30)
Button ($26.90)
SB ($43.45)
BB ($5)
UTG ($26.95)

Preflop: Hero is MP with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG calls $0.25, Hero raises to $1.1, 4 folds, UTG calls $0.85.

Flop: ($2.55) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $1.5, UTG calls $1.50.

Turn: ($5.55) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $3.5, UTG raises to $7

FOLDDDDDDDDD.

This guy looks real passive, and he check-called and then check-raised turn. I get out of this hand with little doubt.

I would have played it a little different against this kind of Villian. As played, fold.

How would you have played it????

I play it the same as long as you FOLD the river???? Min C/R from a passive player equals the nutz...

Raise a bit more preflop for one, bit nit picky but it helps.

You played it fine after that as long as you're folding here.

I raised the pot pf here which is what I always raise pf. I think this assures me of not giving off any tells in my betting pattern. I would have raised the same amount if i had decided to play 23s in this spot.

Bet more on flop, check turn for pot control. Those of you who's vpip and pfr numbers on PT are close, look for numbers like this guys, you will see an abnormal number of Check Raises from this type of player.
