Default Which Cryptologic site? Are they safe?

I'm looking around for some new sites to play on. Being from the UK, I've got a lot of choice

I quite like the look of the cryptologic sites + it seems I can get rake back on them.

I Just can't decide which to pick from.. Littlewoods, Inter, William hill, or Sun Poker.

Does anyone play on any of these sites? Could you say which one would be the best choice?

One thing I am worried about though is the security. I've downloaded most of them, and it seems that you can open them all simultaniously. Does this not mean that players could have different accounts at different sites and sit at the same table? Excuse my ignorance, but I've never played on a networked site before, so am a little wary.

I haven't played on Crypto in a year since I'm American, but they are perfectly fine (I played on Sun as well as Will Hill Casino). While I never tried open two different rooms and sit and the same table, I can almost 100% guarantee that this can't happen.

I played a bit on InterPoker a while ago. I felt like the competition was relatively hard there. I played $50NL and $100NL mostly. You can get rakeback on Crypto, and at least on InterPoker you can also get reload and deposit bonuses. You can also track the progress of the different bonuses etc, which I thought was nice (felt like leveling in some RPG game lol). I've no idea about the other sites so I suggest you have a look around and to see what they have to offer. Sun Poker had a huge WSOP promotion a while back, for example.

Do not worry about the legitamacy of Crypto... they have been around for ages and are solid.

Is Littlewoods not a seperate network but running Crypto software? vague memory...

If you really are paranoid - go for Will Hill. They run a different cashier (their own) than the other Crypto skins - and are (if you didn't know) a *huge* B&M bookmaker in the UK. I have no doubt if Crypto blew up overnight, Will Hill would pay from their own pockets to account balances to avoid bad press.

I believe you can even collect winnings from their B&M shops if so desired... although it has been some time since I did this.

Def. get rakeback... bonuses are not deducted - very good deal.

dave.

Littlewoods and William Hill were both in the gambling business (in the UK) long before Al Gore invented the internets, so you'll be safe with either.

Will Hill offers GBP5 per table hour (up to 5 hours) and is probably your best first Crypto. Once you clear that, there are better bonus clearance rates at the other Cryptos (look for 5 point per $1) and bonus aren't deducted from rakeback.

i play on interpoker.

their biggest problem is their very small player base.

thus, you have a bundle of regulars who swap blinds, and then feed on any fish who comes along.

If you're a small stakes player the 5x bonus is worth far more than RB hence you should open accounts on several crypto skins with RB of course but only clear the 5x bonuses on each skin.

I remember being at a particularily juicy table last year (back when they had such a thing), and I was just finishing clearing a bonus at one Crypto site. I fired up another site to start on that bonus...I tried joining the waiting list for the same table so I could just get up from one site and sit back down at the table on the other, thus clearing the bonus on another site without losing my seat. It wouldn't even let me join the waiting list.

Crypto has some GREAT bonus & rakeback deals. The only reason I don't play there much any more is that I can also get some pretty sweet deals at iPoker & OnGame, with much softer tables. Oh...and eWallet options for Canadians suck at the Cryptos.

hunky, crypto is fine. As for which site to play there are different bonuses so go for the best one.

If security is your overidding factor then William Hill is the place to go. You are from the UK so you must know that William Hill are one of the major bookmakers in the UK and been around for about 70 years. IMHO their integrity is undoubted.

Hi hunky,

As most above states, most of the Cryptologic rooms are good to go. However, as for all poker sites there's a certain risk (as history proves).

If you're a highroller, looking to deposit alot of money into a site, you should obv. do good research.

Our best bet would be to put your cash into an "old" proven Crypto site, or a site backed and owned by Crypto themselves.

Hope this helps.

Best Regards
