One cannot be sure of intent until the person is questioned or tested. To judge without evidence is egoism, and in these cases, racism too.

Also, I cannot see how racism cannot be allowed in a "free" country.

I'm just a dumb redneck from northern Wisconsin and I admit that I don't have much experience with people of other races. I guess I'm not qualified to comment on this topic because the only people who I know that would act in such a manner are white kids. I'm never around other races, so I don't know how they "normally act" but one thing I do know is that I could see some white trash punks do the exact thing you described in your testament.

The 20 IQ point difference between the back and white races will result in a difference in their behaviour pattern also.

Most of the black people I have encountered in my life have been aggressive, rude and annoying. But in a 1 on 1 situation I've had a ton of good experiences with funny, outgoing and friendly black kids. So, when in groups, I tend to stay away from them but individually I have no problem with them.
