Default 10/20: bluff in 3bet pot 150bbs deep, spew?

3better is a TAG without history. villain is 44/17/1.8 I made some thin/bad calls aganst him, but have been playing rather solid over all.
I dont know if we were deep enough for this bluff or whether he has committed himself already. I think his range is pretty narrow: TT, JJ or in best case QQ. Is this bluff spew? Im basically repping KQ, maybe AJ. Its 1500 more for him to win ~4600.
what do you think?

I hate flop with SB yet to act behind you, that's the real spew in this hand. Turn... if he's bad than $1,500 more to call is enough in absolute $$$ terms to make him fold QQ, and his turn bet pretty much screams exactly that, so I don't think it's terrible, but you shouldn't have been there to see the turn to begin with imo.

I totally agree. we tangled a bit before and I thought he MIGHT be doing this with not very much.
and I was pretty sure, that the reraiser would lead with any sort of a hand at this flop, so I wasnt very afraid of him. basically I thought I might take away this pot from the fish on turn or river.
I actually folded, because I thought he is too much of a calling-station and probably not folding when betting the turn.
thx for ur opinions...
