Virginia lost in a stinker against Wyoming. I would only lean towards Virginia -19, even against Duke.

While I like UCLA -7.5 vs. BYU and Cal -14.5 vs. CSU, my lock of the week has to be my alma mater, Indiana (pk) vs. Western Michigan. Fresh off a productive 55-7 thumper, Indiana will throw all over Western Michigan. Indiana's passing game is way under rated.
