I thought this was appropriate; fwiw he's not a douche at all but this pic makes him look suspect:
 mmk this isn't really the whole scmucky (!?) looking guys with hot babes, it's more the whole how did he get her thread, but i don't feel like starting another one and it's semi appropriate. I believe they were emulating one of the guys from "Growing up Gotti", but I could be wrong. I have never seen anyone like this IRL, but they seem to be all over the internet.
