Button is still to act behind you, so you may or may not have position after the flop.

If it were my first hand at the table, I just let it go. If it's a wild and crazy table, you'll know soon enough.

I would just fold and stay out of trouble. Wait until you have at least some reads. Playing AKo for 200 BBs completely blind in this spot can't be profitable.

I def fold w/o a read. Once you know their ranges you can think about pushing, but its not worth it first hand when your 200bbs deep....
