Can you call your friend and just ask him "so did what i think happened last night really happen?"

i think his response will give us a much better understanding about his behaviour

who knows; maybe she just had a bad stomach ache and was in there asking for some pepto

The main problem I have with this story is that I got the impression that she was pretty wasted. If your buddy took advantage of the situation, I think this is much worse than had they both been sober, or both been just buzzed.

I seriously don't think you are being fair to the friend at all.

If they all go to sleep and then he calls her up the next day and makes a move on her, I totally agree that's bigtime dick move.

But the way it sounds like it went down, I think it's really unreasonable to blame the friend unless he took much more active part in making this happen than it sounds like he did from this thread.

El D is the only sane one here who is giving advice. While the OP might want to reconsider being the friend of such a tool based on the other things he has done, I can't really fault the guy for laying some pipe when it drops into his lap like that.
