Default blind vs. blind, TPNK and board pairs on turn

I'm running 17/17 at the table and haven't been involved in any big pots. Villain is 46/18/1.8 and we haven't tangled yet.

Full Tilt Poker, $0.50/$1 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

CO: $250.70
BTN: $98.50
SB: $55.90
Hero (BB): $102
UTG: $96.50
MP: $100

Pre-Flop: A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BB)
4 folds, SB calls $0.50, <font color="red">Hero raises to $4</font>, SB calls $3

Flop: ($8) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $6</font>, SB calls $6

Turn: ($20) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks

River: ($20) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $13</font>, Hero calls $13

I was thinking that checking the turn might induce bluffs on the river. Which line do you prefer - bet/fold turn or check turn/call river?

Villains aren't going to show up with bluffs here. Looks like he's value-betting a better Ace or nine.

its hard for him to have a better ace as only A9+ beat us. i play this the same way, planning on betting if he checks of course. on this board, it is hard for him to be able to call another bet with a hand we beat which is why i like it.

most players show up with better aces than A9

I think this player raises AT+ BvB instead of limping, no?

ya I play it this way if he bluffs even at all, really passive donks i just b/f the turn. saying that someone with weird stats will not show up with a bluff here is totally wrong, they will do weird [censored] all the time. River is a snap also if you were questioning that.
