I made the similar hero call at the wynn. i had 1200 behind and the other guy had 10k at 2/5 nl. he straddled, i made it 50 with AJ, he called. preflop:107. flop QJ7 rag. check, i bet 80, called. flop: 267 turn 6 rag, check, i bet 180, he min raised to 360. called. turn:almost 1000. river 5. he threw in three 1k worth of white chips. i thought for 1 min, called. he showed a bluff.

without the T hitting I could see a call with AJ being reasonable, but with the T hitting now enough of my range is crushing AJ for a call to be profitable IMO. I'd just like to hear your reasoning for why villain should snap call with AJ in this position because I don't see it. I have a good image and haven't gotten out of line at the table, certainly not spewing in 3-bet pots, so why should he call with AJ here?

I don't think this is bad, but I also don't like it without a real read on the guy's play since this is probably either completely standard or complete spew depending on villain, as the above posts show.
