Dumb and possibly common question

I realize in hu the button is the sb. However, who is dealt first? An internet search did not provide me with a consistent answer.

The SB is in first position preflop and last position postflop. I think it is different on Party Poker.

As for who is dealt the first card, I don´t know, but suspect the BB.
