Default Flush against loose-passive

Villain is 66/7/.6, I've only been at the table a few orbits. Thoughts on wtf I should do?

Raise PF?

I think his most likely holding is Ax by far, and if he has you beat its A3.

Get it in before any scarecard comes off?

Also, rebuilding at 400?

the two guys that limped in front of me were both 60+ VPIP droolers. It would have been stupid not to sit. ALso that's why I limped pf, maybe I should raise but neither is folding so I'll see a flop IP.

Calling preflop against those players is best imo. Unless they like limp/folding or happen to have a high ftcb, which they usually don't.
