Default Bottom two vs TAG, limped pot

Villain is 22/15/3.4, I have no image as I've just sat down a few hands ago. Standard fold?

Full Tilt Poker, $1/$2 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

Hero (BB): $200
UTG: $45
CO: $58
BTN: $206.15
SB: $212.35

Pre-Flop: 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BB)
2 folds, BTN calls $2, SB calls $1, Hero checks

Flop: ($6) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $6</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $20</font>, BTN folds, <font color="red">SB raises to $60</font>, Hero folds

Results: $46 Pot ($2.30 Rake)
SB mucked and WON $43.70 (+$21.70 NET)
