100NL, tricky spot against Aggro opponent OOP
Villian is 33/25 and is aggro. He seems to 3 bet lightly and does make moves on pots IP.
I have his 125.00 covered. Full Tilt Poker No Limit Holdem Ring game Blinds: $0.50/$1 6 players Converter Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is UTG with 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Hero raises to $3.5, 2 folds, Button raises to $11.25, 2 folds, Hero calls. Flop: 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($24, 2 players) Hero checks, Button bets $18. What is the line to take here? |

Re: 100NL, tricky spot against Aggo opponent OOP
I think the PF call is awfull. What is your plan on flops where you don't hit a set? If he is 3-betting light, your call can't be justified by implied odds. He simply doesn't have a big hand here often if he is 3-betting light. I'd rather 4-bet here then call, tbh.
Plus, calling gets you in tough spots like this on the flop. I'm not sure, but I think c/r AI can't be bad when he has been 3-beeting alot. |
