Default 50NL, Flopping Top Two

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.25/$0.50
6 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is UTG with J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
<font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $1.75</font>, 2 folds, SB calls.

Flop: A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($4, 3 players)
SB checks, <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $3</font>, <font color="#cc0000">SB raises to $6</font>.

His C/R was instant. He is 28/10/.44/72 hands
Is this a call to let him lead turn into me, or a raise due
to the draws on the board?

thanks

Wow, so many draws but he's so passive. It's only 70 hands though, I raise this up to 18-20 and most likely call a shove. If villain has 99 here it's a huge cooler, but there are so many draws there and you're gonna hate half the deck on the turn, so it's wiser to put money in now.

well you can raise and get him to fold alot of hands that might pay u off by calling this raise and rr the turn if he leads, plus u raise here he might comit with a hand like q10ss which is a 50/50 with you so u could fade and look for a good turn card.
