Default NL100 - I cant think of one singe hand that would do this... HELP!

Villain is a TAG reg. She limps SCs and low PPs UTG. She knows how to protect her hand. The only hand that would do this on the flop is QT but that's really not within her limp-call range. Shorty's insane. God damnit.

Seat 1: Reg ( $100 )
Seat 3: Hero ( $107.80 )
Seat 5: Dude ( $125.30 )
Seat 6: Dude ( $16.90 )
Seat 8: Dude ( $99 )
Seat 10: Shorty ( $20.20 )
Dude posts Small Blind $0.50
Shorty posts Big Blind $1

Dealing cards
Your cards A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Reg calls $1
Hero raises $4.50
Dude folds
Dude folds
Dude folds
Shorty calls $3.50
Reg calls $3.50

Dealing Flop 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Shorty goes All-in $15.70
Reg calls $15.70 wtf
Hero?

this doesnt strike me as so worrisome; on this board i would think a tag reg's range is much more weighted to draw/pair+Draw type hands than made straights or a set given the way its played out
