Default NL25 TPTK + nuts flush draw against very big raise

Hi 2+2, some advice needed, thank you very much in advance!

Question:
1. General line check
2. How do we react to his large raise?

Reads: I check out all the big stacks when I come to a table, I made a note that the big stack villain is only playing one table at a time. Some minutes ago he appeared at another table where he sits with a donk-stack. Apart from that he hasnīt done anything special in ~50 hands history.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (9 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP2 ($22.25)
MP3 ($14.20)
CO ($40.85)
Button ($25.20)
SB ($23.10)
BB ($15.80)
UTG ($33.30)
UTG+1 ($3.15)
Hero ($25)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
1 fold, UTG+1 calls $0.25, Hero raises to $1.5, 2 folds, CO calls $1.50, 2 folds, BB calls $1.25.

Flop: ($4.85) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB checks, UTG+1 bets $1.65 (All-In), Hero raises to $5.3, CO raises to $20.75, BB folds, Hero ???

One more thought:
is it ok to assume his range is like AA, KK, AK, KJ, K7s, JJ, 77, plus all flushes w/ suited connectors?

I'm not entirely sure a flop raise is good here. IMO, shortie's in here with a king and our impression of CO isn't that threatening, so I'm more apt to call. If CO raises after we call, then we can shove him in and have some FE. As played, I probably get it in against this villain. You're even money against 2 pair hands, have 9 outs to the nut flush, and are crushing hands like KxQc.

I donīt even think about his range, i just put my money in. You have always 30%+ Equity.

I'd say it's more like AK, KxQc, AQc, 77, JJ, KJ, and maybe even QT (suited or not). Flushes are a possibility as well.
