Anybody have advice on how to approach this high-prestige low value (by most DCF models) stock? Metrics are telling me to short but I'm scared of a possible LBO and/or bidding war between Sulzberger and a potential acquirer. I really want to take a position soon but I just can't make up my mind with this one.
Any thoughts?

dual class structures are a huge problem for ordinary shareholder value--you see this all the time with names like dow jones, ford, etc.
