well since nobody likes my play pre-flop what kind of hand should i be opening with UTG at this tournament? the staring chips are 2000 and the rounds are 15 mins and there is usually about 18-30 people. the skill level at this place is fairly broad there are good players and there are really bad ones. also a lot of the same people show up every day.

i figure that the blinds go up so fast that one needs to make high risk plays like opening up UTG with [Qh 10h] to accumulate chips.

open tight til you get the lay of the land...if called proceed with caution early...no extra points for winning or losing chips til the blinds and antes get to a worthwhile size...
