Default Fantasy Trade advice

10 team, mixed, h2h, with fairly deep rosters (11 hitters, 8 pitchers, 9 reserve each week).

I give Josh Beckett, I get Carlos Lee.

relevant details:
My OF lost Crisp, Huff, and Hermida to injuries now. After replacing the first 2, I trotted out Sheffield, Hawpe, Hermida (DL now), and Reggie Sanders this week.

My pitching is deep, but not many aces, lot of middle-tier pitchers. We start 6 SP per week, no max innings or anything. Most rosters are deep in pitchers in order to get the best 2-starters each week.

My staff: Beckett, Lackey, Mussina, Maddux, D. Davis, Escobar, Contreras, Rodrigo Lopez, Lilly, Claussen, Washburn, Ryan Madson, Brian Bannister, Sean Marshall, Gavin Floyd.

What do you think? He actually stated interest in Lackey and Beckett, should I give up Lackey before Beckett? Also notable, his other stud hitter is Guerrero, and downhill from there.
