villain is 14/8/1.9. I think he can beat AA which means he can beat 22 because he can't have Q2/Q3 and probably doesn't raise a flush draw after a caller or AQ/KQ/etc.. If this were HU this has got to be an instacall, right?

but seriously, this is most likely a pr of Qs plus a flush draw or a flush draw + 2 overs. And I would not fold a set even if I knew villan had that hand.

seriously, just close your eyes and shove. You will be happy with the results most of the time when you do this with a set. I guarantee it. I also guarantee that our opponents do things that don't make sense all the time.

This is why you need to know villain's fold to cbet percentage.

If it's high, like 85% then yes you can fold here. Villain is a set miner and it's a set virtually every time. This is the only time you can fold.

If it's low, like 50% then folding here is horrible. He has a FD, TT, AQ, whatever.

If it's average like 65% or so then you need to felt this. You're ahead of his range and there's enough dead money in the pot that you have to go broke here every time.

You cannot tell just from 14/8/1.9.

Without fold to cbet stats, assume they are average and felt.
