NLO $50- Simple hand checkup, top boat, betting villain of a low
Villain is ultra-loose and fairly passive. I did not escalate the pot on the flop/turn to keep it under control. River over-bet is to make a villain fold a likely low hand as well as a value bet that a flush might call.

Re: NLO $50- Simple hand checkup, top boat, betting villain of a low
$20 would have been more likely to fold a janky low while still getting a poorly played flush to pay off.
the problem here is that bad players won't fold a two-way hand like any flush + any low, so i think you may have had more fold equity earlier in the hand. regardless, once the river comes around, i don't think your bet size is really going to matter that much -- either villain is calling or he's not (unless you're A LOT deeper). |
