Carlos poker customer support

OK, WTF... I just opened an account there and want to deposit like $10K and start playing. I've e-mailed them 2x over the past 10 days saying this and have yet to hear back.

Are they always this bad? Sorta scared to even put money in now if they are this bad at letting me deposit I couldn't imagine how bad they are at cashouts.

Anyone have experience with them?

Why on earth would you want to deposit 10K on a site called Carlos Poker? Also, it sounds as if their customer support staff isn't very good. I would delete this site from my computer ASAP.

Actually I have played and still play on Carlos and find their CS to be excellent, their choice of deposit methods however certainly is not.

does they pay cash for the fpps you collect there?
because i think they dont pay yet because they havent opened their vip shop yet.
