I've never heard of such a machine that sorts chips, splits cards etc.. All of the card shufflers you can buy suck.

There are plenty of sites online that have free tourney timers, chip stack set up sheets etc:

http://www.partysoftware.com/
http://www.homepokertourney.com/

Those are sites that I have used in the past.

Good luck.

You can lease some automatic card shufflers from Shufflemaster. They are certainly cool! They will help you mix your cards. It is at http://www.shufflemaster.com

Hope this is helpful!

For all practical purposes, there are no such machines. :-)

I looked into this a bit when my home game matured and grew. After all, many casinos use shuffling machines, dealing machines, etc, so they must be pretty good, right?

Machines you can buy at consumer prices are pretty much junk. Shuffling machines that are good, such as those used in a casino, have to be leased monthly (which the companies don't want to do for a non-casino), or purchased with prices in the $15000-$20000 range.

So for practical purposes, no such thing. :-)

You don't even have to lease it:

"Shuffle Master, Inc. is a licensed gaming supply company that provides products to casino customers. Due to the fact Shuffle Master is in a highly regulated industry, we generally do not sell our equipment to unlicensed individuals or organizations however, we have recently begun offering our Deck MateŽ poker shuffler for private purchase and use for $15,795. Not available for purchase in Colorado, New Jersey, Washington or Texas."
