River: 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($10.75, 2 players)

Should I bet more on every street to push him of his blatant draw? Is the check behind on the river weak?

Yes bet a little more on every street - close to pot. Check behind on the river is fine, I don't think he calls with anything you beat and I doubt he'll fold the K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].

Yes you could bet a bit more. Other than that it's ok I think. I'm not sure I'd like to value bet that river without a read - against many bad players you can definitely value-bet it but it's nice to know the player first. If you do make it very small so he can call light and if he shoves you can turbomuck and be 99% sure you weren't bluffed out. Very few players at this limit will see an undersized bet on this river for what it is - a thin VB. And even if they suspect it less will be good enough to turn whatever they called you on the previous two streets with into a bluff.

Definitely pot the turn, checking river is meh, I could see a value bet here against a passive villian.

You would be suprised at what calls you down at 25nl, def value bet the river. Should bet more on the turn, to get more of a feel about where you stand.

Hmmm. I dunno. Another 50/50 thread... I felt like he was drawing to a big flush. Had the Acx. Put all his money in whilst behind but still took the pot.

I think not potting the turn was my only error.
