Default Against a 23/9 and i don\'t want to fold the turn

Villain has the ability to bluff and float, do i have to fold this turn?

I probably would've checked the turn. You almost prefer to see him shove than min-bet here... now we can assume he's not semi-bluffing much. You either have to shove turn or fold. I don't think calling OOP is a good option.
