This is an interesting hand that came up and I couldn't make a decision on. Reads that I had was that he bet for value, he showed down solid hands, and I hadn't seem him showdown a bluff. He shoves here why? Is he holding a pair higher than my 4s and is trying to think that i'm going to play the board, and therefore trying to donk me into calling? Or is HE playing the board and just hoping for a fold from me rather than a split pot? All feedback appreciated... also, if there's a problem with my line at any point, please feel free to rip me a new one. |

Re: NL50 - Full House on Board - Facing Shove
bet more on flop and turn and you will know whether he is pulling a move. the turn is just shouting out to be raised after your small bet.
i'm not sure how to play this on the river as i never get here like this. probably a fold |

Re: NL50 - Full House on Board - Facing Shove
something more in the ballpark of 7$ into a 9$ pot on the turn would've been better?

Re: NL50 - Full House on Board - Facing Shove
small pot, scary board, solid player what did he call you with preflop? what did he call you with on the flop? what did he raise you with on the turn? Sure looks like a pocket pair better than 3s, and you can't beat any of them.

Your bets are screwed up. Bet 3 on the flop and b/f turn.

Yeah 7 into 9 on this turn is infinitely better than 3.5

[/ QUOTE ] the trouble is a solid player isn't gonna Vbet alot of the better pairs. there is a range of PP's that he is gonna Vbet. like 77+ or something. there are also alot of bluffs in his range |
