What's the Falcons' RB situation? Is Norwood going to get more carries any time soon or can I dump him?

I'm going to be in bye week hell this week. My #1 RB, #1 & #2 WR, only TE, and only K are on byes. A possible Andre Johnson return may save me from having to start Vincent Jackson and Brandon Stokley (or some other FA schlub) next week at WR. I'll be okay at RB, particularly if Watson starts again. I'm just trying to figure out what to do with my TE and K spots. An Andre Johnson return means I can open up the Stokley spot to fill one, but other than that I don't have anyone I want to drop.
What's Cedric Benson's value these days? He keeps riding my bench, so I'm thinking of shipping him out for a WR. Derrick Mason has been a consitent 7+ point player, but I'd like a better option than him at #2 when Johnson is back if possible.

MJD. Jacksonville has stopped everyone after the Tennessee game. Colts have an improved run D but it's nowhere near as good as the Jacksonville's with Henderson and Stroud up front.
