Default Flopped set on coordinated board

Playing 5-10NL live. UTG calling station limped. I popped to $45 with KK ($1500+ behind) and MP ($1100 behind) solid/semi-tricky player called, and UTG called ($800 behind). Flop AsKsTs. I don't like the way I played so I'm looking for alternate lines.

UTG checked, I checked, and last player checked.
Turn 7d. UTG bet $60, and I popped to $150 hoping to eliminate the other player. Other player folds and UTG calls. River Jh. (As Ks Ts 7d Jh).

UTG checks and I checked behind.

Comments on all streets appreciated as I really didn't like how I played it.

Thanks,

i think you need to bet this flop 3 handed, your hand is vulnerable.
as played i see value on the river from some twopair,
it would make it 250 ~to go

Assuming you bet 3/4 to full pot on the flop, what do you do with a raise from the player in position?
What about a c/r from the UTG?
