To lose weight all you need to do is eat clean and watch your calorie intake.

Not doing exercise is bad with your diet.

I lost 140 lbs in about a year and exercise is a huge part of keeping off all the weight.

I desparately need to get on some kind of a jumpstart plan on my way to a healthier (long-term) plan. I wonder if this would actually be a good idea for a month. Does anyone see any major benefits to this over a standard low-carb month?

PS - Working out will be included in any plan I commit to.
