hey guys, even though pop warner, middle school, high school, DIII, DII, DIAA and the NFL, AFL, and CFL all use playoff systems, it would never work and it's a bad idea for DIA football.*

see all these stupid strength of schedule arguments and all that [censored] would stop if there was a good playoff system implemented.

Not totally, there's always gonna be a team that gets left out of the playoffs.

yeah, but the teams that get left out of a 16 team playoff can't complain in the same way. when teams are bubbled in ncaa basketball, it sucks, but they don't have a legit claim that they should be playing for the title, just to be included. same for the 17th team in a 16 team football playoff.

16 would be too many teams for my taste. 4 would be the best, but I think teams could be left out of that a little too often...so 8...
