Default NL100: Middle pair played like a draw against donk? Good/bad?

Villain is 48/10/1.4 (1.5/1.2/2.4)
Wend to SD is 31%
Slowplays TP. His play is very inconsistent... He plays really impulsive.

How's this draw misrepresentation?
I read his $3 bet as weakness and bluffed on river to represent completed FD.

Anyone root for flop-fold?

I root for him to flop-fold. I like the line if you're giving up for a bet on the turn.
