Max bet unless your opponents are incredibly dumb. And even then max betting might still be the best play.

Doing anything other than betting the max should look really, really suspicious. If they're dumb enough to fall for a slow-play, they're probably also dumb enough to call along with whatever. Against reasonable opposition, trip Tens isn't going anywhere, and anything else probably isn't going to give you any action anyway.

take like 5 seconds before you bet and make it look like you are scared of trip 10's, sick metagame

You put yourself in this difficult position by playing a pair of aces on 3rd street. Serves you right.
