Default 50NL river play with set

Vilain is 40/15/1.7
I checked the turn to induce a bluff on the river.. There we go, vilain bet 6$, and now raise ? if yes, how much ?

why did you check the turn? I bet here all day long.
As played river is a call.

He's pretty passive, there's an obvious flush draw, bet the turn!

I know, but bet the turn cause you are still getting value from so many hands and why give him a free card?

Yeah.. turn was probably a mistake.. If I bet, he will probably check/raise the turn, do you go till the end?

There is nothing to suggest he will c/r turn. Yes I am 100% fist-pumping all in.

Your hand is trips - not a set.

Bet turn.

Passive players generally dont bluff the river OOP very often IMO.

That said, I'm not too scared about the board. if you get boated it sucks for you. Raise to like 18.

he had 44 and hits the full on the turn. I raised the river to 15, (I totally missplay that hand for sure [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img] ), He goes allin and feel forced to call because he can possibly have a weaker J
