By the way guys, if we're gonna bring alcohol there...we better be sneaky.

i've seen people walking through the poker room with 1- a handle of captain and putting it on the table next to his chips. 2- a 12 pack in no bag....just a 12 pack

sneaky? pfffft.

[/ QUOTE ]

I think they allowed it before, but they want to stop it so that they can get a legitimate liquor license. Because liqour license = Major profit for casinos.

[/ QUOTE ]

Yeah, this is a recent rule. Just put any liquor you buy in a backpack or something when you bring it in. I'm sure a lot of the employees at TS could care less but I wouldn't risk going through the hassle in case you run into someone who does.

Guys - just to let you know in advance-EVERYONE at the resort in every dept will be on the lookout for people carrying alcohol or consuming it in any way. They WILL report anyone doing so or they will lose their job for not reporting it. The management is really serious about this.

[/ QUOTE ] Dont know youll have to call and ask. I heard that the hotel mgmt was pretty pissed off after the May series because several of the rooms were really TRASHED. Like a whole week without cleaning or removing food etc. So it may be possible that a few bad apples may have ruined it for the whole bunch. The tower being new and all they kinda want to keep it that way. So I think they are being more selective on who they give poker rates to in the tower. The hotel keeps records on who stayed in which room and after checkout they post comments in the computer as to the condition of the room etc. If theres a problem it will show up in the computer the next time that person tries to make a reservation.
