2006 TOC on ESPN Nov 7 9-11pm

ESPN (U.S.) has scheduled the 2006 Tournament of Champions (TOC) for airing on Tuesday November 7 (election night) at 9-11pm ET with a re-air at 3-5am ET the next morning.

Harrah's has put the TOC on indefinite hiatus after 2006.

TOC confuses me so much. do they ambiguously change the format every year?

This year it was the final table of the 2005 WSOP final table, the 12 WSOP Circuit winners, and 6 "sponsors exemptions". Those exemptions were:

Gus Hansen

Good. I have no interest in watching a bunch of people who have already won a crap load of money in a tournament now playing in a freeroll for an even more insane amount of money.
