how many of you have lost 10%+ of your roll over 12 hours......

due to either being on tilt, or playing over your head as a result of tilt etc.....

i am just trying to gauge how many of us have that abilty to really 'lose it'.

few things

1) by roll i mean like your cash reserves not really your 'active roll'.

2) if you just lost a lot of money but didn't feel really bad about it cuz you were playing in good games and werent really tilting.

and yes i have in the past probably twice.

If I'm taking a shot at 200NL with a $4k roll, it is pretty easy to lose 10% of my roll.

When you take a shot at a limit you could easily lose 10% of your roll and still be in good shape. I have lost 10% of my roll countless times seriously...

thats how i used to think but i realized the mental stresses of playing higher than usual are just not worth it.
