Pocket Aces 3 times in a row.
Playing on Party Poker tonight I got pocket Aces three hands in a row, not to mention it was my first 3 hands at the table. Needless to say I got lots of action because of it. Now my question is, whats weirder? Getting pocket Aces three hands in a row, or that they actually held up 3 times in a row.

I think its weirder that you actually got action with them.

I think its weirder that you actually got action with them. [/ QUOTE ] I think I got action because I just posted the blinds it was my first hand at the table. The 2nd and 3rd time, I think people just thought he can't have a big hand again, and no one would believe 3 times in a row. I'm sure it happens but I have never seen before now. |

Re: Pocket Aces 3 times in a row.
Once, while multi-tabling, I got dealt aces on all three of my open tables. I also lost all three hands.
Therefore, I choose option B: "that they actually held up 3 times in a row". |

Re: Pocket Aces 3 times in a row.
I think I might be able to beat this... but maybe not. I'm not up for calculating statistics right now, but 2 nights ago I was dealt mid suited 1-gapped connectors 3 hands in a row.
I played all three of them, and flopped a straight all three times. (And yes, it held all three times. I beat flopped sets twice and a turned lower straight once for some pretty good action). |
