given my remaining stack, raise to 13 would basically put me all-in. What about just call, and make 2 small bets on turn and river, or a crai on turn? His minraise doesn't look like a draw imo.

people min raise their draws in position all the time to get free/cheap cards.... im 3 betting my set here with the intention of getting it all in on the flop

I would just call and check raise any turn all in. I think that the min raise is weak here and he will fold if you make it 13. Let him bet turn because he probably doesn't have much at all.

I just push. Villain won´t always bet the turn if he is on a draw like QJ. Some people even check back overpairs on the turn.
